1. Desktop Support (DS)

Job Descriptions :

• 1st level Help Desk : Support user desktop problem solving and installation
• Monitoring anti virus and keep the virus data protection update

Qualifications :

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003/2007 related troubleshooting and hardware related problem solving
• Holding a Microsoft Certified Professional Certification is preferable
• Have at least 1 year experience in related position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Willing to be located in : Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Pekanbaru, Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Jambi, Palembang, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Irian Jaya

2. Tandem Technical Support (TTS)

Job Descriptions :

• Day to Day Tandem System Administration
• Troubleshooting Tandem System
• Ensuring Tandem System healthyness and availability
• Liaise in escalation to principal

Qualifications :

• Familiar with Tandem System Administration, Tandem Operating System Configuration and Troubleshooting (Installation experience is an added points) and Tandem Server Hardware Knowledge
• TCP/IP Network Basic and Principles
• Advanced UNIX skills with basic knowledge/insight to Tandem System

3. SAP Consultant (SAP)

Job Descriptions :

• Analyze current client current condition from business process and its industry trend
• Create presentation material and blue prints for solution based on user requirement
• Monitor implementation process

Qualifications :

• Have experience in SAP Module such as : HR/Finance/Logistic/ABAP/Basis
• Able to completely interpret and respond to common inquiries or complaints and negotiating
• Capable to find opportunities with profit loss consideration

4. Network Solution Architect (NET)

Job Descriptions :

• Maintain the network products update continuously
• Able to maintain the presales process by developing proposal to support the sales
• Responsible in design and as an architect the customer needs and wants

Qualifications :

• Expertise in various industries (preferred in Finance and Telco Industries)
• Technical skills and network’s knowledge deeply (certifications are advantages)
• Very good presentation, networking, communication and negotiation skills

5. IT Systems Solution Architect (SSA)

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible in design and as an architect the customer needs and wants by mapping it as well as designing the scope of work to cover all requirements
• Responsible as a creator of proposal that will propose to the customer and manage the POC as well
• Responsible in presentations of the solutions plan to other parties in order to reach the agreements
• Support the technology updater to acknowledge the ability of the company itself

Qualifications :

• Expertise in various industries (preferred in Finance and Telco Industries)
• Have IT skill (Windows, PC, Office,Internet)
• Have Unix base experience (Certifications are advantages)
• Have IT Operation experience (ITIL Certified are advantages)
