PT Arutmin Indonesia is a global leading company in energy coal business with mine operations and a world class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its growth, the company is searching for a high potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as :
SUPERINTENDENT LOGISTICS AND QUALITY - (Code: SLQ)
This is a senior staff position reporting to Coal Technology Manager. This position is based in South Kalimantan and responsible to plan and direct quality & logistics management of the Arutmin Coal Chain, coordinate and optimize coal flow by scheduling weekly barging, vessel and NPLCT stockpiling and reclaiming activities, prepare vessel blend plans, Manage quality control improvements projects, satisfy customer coal delivery requirements within time, cost, quality and safety parameters as well as to the overall success of Bumi’s export/business goals.
Specific requirements to apply:
- Min. S1 graduated in sciences or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the coal industry.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of export and domestic coal industry.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of coal mining, processing, handling and logistics.
- Able and willing to travel extensively both international and domestic.
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - (Code: LC)
This is a Staff position reporting to Logistics & Quality Superintendent. This position is based in South Kalimantan and responsible to prepare and monitor barges, vessel schedules from PLO to NPLCT and anchorage loading, prepare vessel line up (NPLCT and anchorage loading) to meet with contractual and sales requirements, manage logistics improvements projects.
Specific requirements to apply:
- Min. S1 in Sciences and Engineering
- Min. 2 years experience in the coal industry.
- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of export and domestics coal industry.
- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of coal mining, processing, handling, logistics.
- Experience in coal quality management or logistics role highly desirable.
General Qualification:
- Good communication skills in English’ both written and oral, computer skills in Microsoft Office Program.
- Capable to work with minimum supervision, reliable, resourceful, willing to work hard and under pressure.
- High integrity and dedicated, team work oriented and excellent interpersonal skills and high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety and business ethic.
