Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts is a leading manager and developer of premium resorts, hotels and spas in the Asia Pacific. Architrave is a subsidiary of the Banyan Tree Group. We are the design company doing architecture design and interior design for more than 40 hotels and resorts globally in China, Middle-East, Mediterranean, Mexico, Caribbean and Egypt.

Due to our rapid global expansion, we are seeking for highly committed, dynamic and result-driven individuals, based in Singapore Corporate office to fill the following positions:

Project Director – (2 Positions)

• Responsible to oversee and manage 10-12 projects in each Region (China / UAE)
• Good leadership and ability to lead a team of 5-6 Project Managers
• Preferably with architecture background with at least 10 years of experience in design and project management
• Willing to travel and work under tight deadlines

Project Manager – (2 Positions)

• Responsible to manage 3-4 projects in various stages from design to completion Able to coordinate, direct and supervise the out-house consultants
• At least 6-8 years of architecture experience
• Willing to travel and work under tight deadlines

Design Architect – (2 Positions)

• At least 5 years of experience as Design Architect, preferably in niche hospitality industry Familiar with AutoCAD
• Willing to travel and work under tight deadlines

Project Coordinator – (2 Positions)

• Senior Draftsman with at least 5 years experience in project coordination
• Poly Architecture graduate is preferred
• Able to work under tight deadlines

Senior Interior Designer – (2 Positions)

• At least 10 years of experience in well-established ID firm
• Experience in hospitality design is preferred
• Able to work under tight deadlines

Intermediate Interior Designer – (2 Positions)

• At least 4- 5 years of experience in well-established ID firm Able to handle mid scale projects independently
• Able to work under tight deadlines
