GALLERY CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL :

  1. STAFF (CS - STAFF)
  2. SUPERVISOR (CS - SPV)
  3. REGIONAL MANAGER (CS - MGR)

General requirements :

  • Have a good appearance and interpersonal skill
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to operate computer
  • Willing to work shift and relocate to our operated area in Kelapa Gading, Mangga Dua, Depok, Serpong ( For Staff and Supervisor)

Specific requirements Staff :

  • Age 20 – 28 years old
  • Minimum Diploma degree in a related field

Supervisor :

  • Age 28 – 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service supervisor level overseeing galleries or business offices

Manager :

  • With good leadership and people development skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial level for customer relationship management
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a telecommunications company
  • Have experience in developing strategic plans to measure & manage customer satisfaction and implementing a performance management system in his area of responsibility
