We are leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we invite highly qualified and professional candidates to fill in the following positions :
FACTORY MANAGER (FM)
Responsible for managing overall factory operation and achieving various factory targets
- S1 degree, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Should have at last 5 years experience in food industry, with min 600 employees
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP and ISO 9001
- Have a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
- To be located in Tangerang or Bekasi

PRODUCT MANAGER (PM)
Responsible for managing existing products and developing new products in order to maximize profit and sales growth
- S1 degree, from reputable University, 28 – 35 years
- Should have minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager / Brand Manager in FMCG
 
AREA SALES & PROMOTION MANAGER (ASPM)
Responsible for achieving sales targets. Develop and execute promotion program to increase sales and distribution
- S1 degree, min 30 years
- Min 3. years experience in sales and promotion area, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- Be able to work under pressure, target oriented and have a good interpersonal skill

TECHNICAL MANAGER (TM)
Responsible for total maintenance of production and utility equipments
- University graduate, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Strong leadership, high interpersonal & communication skill
