PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam an French Company is looking for candidates who meet the following positions :
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements :
- Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering background
- Having 3 – 5 years experience in project management & industrial field
- Able to manage new project and project transfer from overseas in term of industrial process, supply chain and quality
- Having strong knowledge to conduct feasibility study, optimize manufacturing resources and implement manufacturing process
- Monitor industrial performance in order to drive decision making (forecast cost, calculate, calculate profitability, etc)
- Having strong leadership to lead and manage team within & outside APOD, anticipate potential issues, and skill to verify the productivity achieved
- Having good analytical to ensure quality & customer satisfaction on product & processes during transfer

METHOD PROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering background
- Having 3 years experience in manufacturing
- Able to design production benches for new or existing production line

PCBA PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Requirements :
- Degree in Electronic engineering background
- Having 3 years experience as Quality Engineer
- Good analytical skill to find root-cause of failure PCBA Component
- Familiar with FMEA and other improvement tools / SixSigma Green Belt is a plus point

PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering background - Having 3 years experience as Quality Engineer
- Good analytical skill to find root-cause of Failure of the electronic product
- Familiar with FMEA and other improvement tools / SixSigma Green Belt is a plus point
FA ( First Article ) ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering background
- Having 3 years experience in manufacturing as Incoming Engineer
- Familiar with measuring tools like Profile Projector, CMM, Caliper
- Having X ray operational certificate is a plus
- Having knowledge of Geometrical and Dimensional drawing and tolerance

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Electronic background
- Having 3 years experience in manufacturing company as Production Supervisor

TOOLING ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering background with good achievements
- Having 3 – 8 years experience in manufacturing company as Tooling Engineer
- Having knowledge in manufacturing and design of progressive Tools/ Stage Tools/ Injection Mould for Thermoplastic/ Pressure Die Casting/ Jigs & Fixtures / Rubber Moulds
- Familiar with Processing of Stamping / Moulding / Casting/ Maintenance of the Tools/ Moulds
- Having knowledge in TPM/ Similar Experience with MNC’s
- Having good profile : dynamic, ready to learn, intelligent, communicative, team player, result oriented, self driven
- The candidate must have attitude and ready to face challenges

TEST & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering background with good achievements
- Having 3 years experience in manufacturing company as Test / Maintenance Engineer of electric products
- Able to write / modify test programs and understand control system
- Having knowledge in manufacturing  and design robotic
- Familiar with PLC (prefer MODICON PLC will be advantage), Visual Basic 6 or net\visual C++, Servo Motor\ Stepper Motor, Pneumatics system
- Highly motivated and capable of producing analysis to eliminate equipment downtime, spare part usage, preventive maintenance

PURCHASING ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering background
- Having 2 years experience in negotiation plastic parts and metal stamping
- Having knowledge and experience in SAP system is a must

BLACK BELT
Requirements :
- Degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering background
- Holding Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate
- Having 2 years experience as the same position to lead improvement of performance in processes through Six Sigma, transmit knowledge through coaching activities, deploy Six Sigma culture within the organization, assist green belt on statistical analysis
 
PRODUCT & TECHNICAL TRAINING COORDINATOR
Requirements :
- Degree in Technical Science background
- Having 3 years experience in coordinating training activities
- Having knowledge in Training Needs Analysis and Competency Review
- Familiar with manufacturing training activities

General Requirements :
1. The candidate must have good command in English, and knowledge in any other language is added advantage.
2. Having strong personality, strong leadership, communication skill, good analytical, teamwork.
3. Having  positive attitude and willing to stay in Batam.
