A diversified use of natural gas is emerging, adding a new dimension to traditional uses of gas by converting gas into, amongst other products, a high quality transportation fuel virtually free of sulphur and aromatics. In partnership with Qatar Petroleum, Our Client Qatar Shell GTL Ltd. (Shell) is building a world-scale Gas – to – Liquids (GTL) complex at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. Qatar, with one of the largest reservoirs of gas, has the stated aim to be the GTL capital of the world.
We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following positions, who have a proven track record backed up by working experience :

ENGINEERS

- INSTRUMENTATION & ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Instrumentation or a Electrical discipline with at least 10 – 15 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge & experience in Maintenance execution of Instrument & Electrical equipment and Instrument & Electrical Protection Inspection / Testing is essential. Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failure is highly desirable.

- MAJOR TURNAROUND PLANNERS
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Mechanical discipline or a equivalent with at least 10 – 15 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge & experience in shutdown Maintenance work preparation activities. The application of risk assessment matrix and reliability centered maintenance techniques; inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous. A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning / Scheduling software would be advantages.

- MECHANICAL INTEGRITY ENGINEERS ONSHORE
Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience with a Diploma in Mechanical discipline or Metallurgy with specific knowledge of materials, corrosion, welding & NDT & QA techniques. Incumbent be able to troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance in regards to mechanical integrity issues. Knowledge of turnaround planning and the development/ application of quality management system is required. Knowledge of working within a Petro Chemical industry like gas plants, refineries or chemical plants is preferable. The incumbent must have proven experience working directly with and managing contractors.

- MECHANICAL FIELD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Mechanical Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 – 15 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge & experience in Maintenance Execution of Mechanical Static Equipment, Rotating Equipment. Mechanical Protection devices (RV’s & TRV’s etc.). inspection / Testing is required. Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failure is highly desirable.

- MECHANICAL WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Mechanical Diploma with at least 10 – 15  years maintenance experience in mechanical workshop environment of the Petrochemical or associated Industry. Knowledge and experience in Maintenance Execution, Mechanical Machine Shop work, Rotating Equipment Repair and Mechanical Tools and Mobile Equipment Inspection / Testing is required.

- ROTATING EQUIPMENT SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have at least Mechanical Diploma or equivalent with at least 10 – 15 years of experience within Petro – Chemical / Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge and experience in Maintenance Execution of Mechanical Rotating Equipment, Condition Monitoring & Inspection / testing is required. Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failure is highly desirable.

- INDUSTRIAL CLEANING & CATALYST COORDINATOR
Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience in Industrial Cleaning & Catalyst Change-out services. Knowledge of working within a Petro-Chemical industry like gas plants, refineries or chemical plants is preferable. The incumbent must have proven experience working directly with and managing contractors.

- SCAFFOLDING COORDINATOR
Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 10 – 15 years experience in providing and certifying Scaffolding Services. Specific knowledge of Scaffolding Tag System is required. Knowledge of working within a Petro – Chemical industry environment such as gas plants, refineries or chemical plants is preferable. The incumbent must have proven experience working directly with and managing contractors.

- MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER
Qualification & Experience :
The candidate should have a Diploma in an engineering discipline with 10 – 15 years experience in Petrochemical industry covering maintenance work preparation  activities and/or shutdown preparation. The application  of risk and reliability centered maintenance techniques; inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous. Exposure to quality management systems is required. A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning/ scheduling software would be advantageous.

All personal must be able to work in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Fluency in English both in writing and verbal is mandatory and will be tested.
