General Requirement:
• Min S1/S2 Degree from reputable university

A. Senior Merchant Business Manager
• Experience in the merchant process at the same position, min 5 years in consumer loan
• Have a good planning, implementation and broadcast marketing program
• Have a network especially in the merchant program
• Well understanding on advertising and multimedia productions
• Good relationship with the media and advertising agencies
• Able to develop and organize merchant training center

B. Senior Credit Department Manager
• Experience in the credit card process at the same position, min 5 years in consumer loan
• Familiar with the credit card system such as cardlink, cardpack
• Have a good network with AKKI, VISA and Mastercard Principal
• Able to develop and organize card process
 
C. Senior Collection & Risk Management Manager
• Experience in the Collection and Risk Management, min 5 years in consumer loan
• Familiar with the credit card system such as cardlink, cardpack
• Have a good network with third party, AKKI, VISA and Mastercard Principal
• Able to develop and organize credit card process and collection agency
• Have a good risk analytical in the credit card process
• Able to detect, minimize, mitigate fraud losses and willing to do field investigation
• Willing to work under pressure condition

D. Collection Manager
• Experience in the Collection with same position, min 5 years in consumer loan
• Familiar with the credit card system such as cardlink, cardpack
• Have a good network with third party, AKKI, VISA and Mastercard Principal
• Able to develop and organize credit card process and collection agency
• Willing to work under pressure condition

E. Credit card Sales Officer
• Experience in the sales and marketing, min 3 years in consumer loan
• Willing to work under pressure condition
• Have a good network

F. Credit Card Business Development Officer
• Experience in the Marketing Development especially usage program credit card, min 3 years in consumer loan
• Willing to work under pressure condition
• Have a good network

MARKETING COMMUNICATION DIVISION
General Requirement :
• Minimum S1 from reputable university, majoring in Marketing Communication / Communications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill in English
• Strong leadership, dynamic, self motivated and hard worker willing to travel all around Indonesia

A. Brand Communication MGT Manager
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Group Product / Brand Manager or Marketing Communication Manager, Advertising Agency Senior Manager or Promotion and Advertising Manager
• Having good and extensive relationship with marketing communication community and advertising agencies
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia

B. Media Planning Manager
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Media Manager, Planner & Buyer in Advertising Agency

General Requirement :

• Min 3 years experience in similar position of mortgage business development

B.Area Sales Manager
• Min 3 years experience in similar position

• Max 30 years old
• Min 2 years experience in mortgage

D. Multifinance Business Development
• Max 30 years old
• Min 2 years experience in multifinace business
• Having experience auto loans and multifinance product and business development
• Excellent in auto loans and multifinance business

E. Account Officer
• Max 30 years old
• Min 1 year experience as credit consumer account officer
• Having ability of financial analyze and credit process
• Excellent in marketing and sales of credit consumer (mortgage, auto loan and clean loan)
• For Position in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Denpasar, Medan, Banjarmasin, Palembang, Balikpapan, Pekanbaru, Manado and Makasar

CONSUMER LIABILITIES DIVISION
General Requirement :
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer acquisition & retention project of mass customer segment
• Good understanding and familiar with planning and qualitative research as well as quantitative
