HEAD
• BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage company operations (branches) that includes Sales, Services, Credit and Collection area. The responsibilities cover strategic idea to foster the growth of branch and implemented operational activities that support those vision.
Requirement :
Min. 2 years experience as Branch Manager (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership, strong strategic & analytical thinking, strong networking, communication, negotiation and presentation skill. Literate in English is a must. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta, Bandung, Malang and Semarang area.

• SALES HEAD (SAH)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company’s policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company’s service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years experience as Sales Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage and develop subordinates, ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, have a great network and teamwork, drive to achieve target, literate in English. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta, Bandung, Malang and Semarang area.

• CREDIT HEAD (CRH)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage our branches risk Performa, by creating strategic plan and managing acquisition function. Discussion with Risk Management division about company’s policies and procedures, executing delegated authority that given by company and solving the big problem of acquisition function will be your daily activities.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years experience as credit head, strong business sense and financial analysis, having an interest to do in-depth analysis, strong leadership, communication skill and literate in English. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta, bandung, Malang and semarang area.

• IT OPERATION DEPT. HEAD (IT DH)
The incumbent will be responsible to design, execute and manage the Information Technology operation effectively in accordance to our business strategy. The area of responsibilities include IT Infrastructure, Helpdesk, Data Center, Desktop Management and Application Support.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years experience as IT Operation Dept Head (preferably in finance company or banking), strong leadership and business sense to create and implement department goals, excellent skill and knowledge in IT Service Management, IT Security and Infrastructure Management . Holding IT certification (ITIL, COBIT, etc) are preferable.

STAFF
• FLEET ACCOUNT OFFICER (FAO)
The incumbent will be responsible for creating new corporate account in order to achieve sales volume with good AR quality, maintaining existing customer and exceeding customer expectation to create a mutually beneficial relationship. As our liaison, you have to understand the needs and interests of the customer and adjust it with the conditions that can be provided by company, conduct a business potential analysis and measure market potential.
Requirements :
Min. 1.5 years experience as account executive or corporate account officer (preferably in finance company or banking), have a great network, teamwork and drive to achieve target, independent (self starter), strong communication skill, also literate in English (and Mandarin as an added value).

• FLEET  & RETAIL CREDIT ANALYST (FCA/RCA)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage the acquisition function such as manage and assess risk of corporate/Retail account according to company’s policies and procedures and the delegated authority.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years experience as credit analyst, strong financial analysis, having an interest to do in-depth analysis as well as good intention to serve others, strong communication skill and literate in English. Graduate degree from financial background with ability to analyze corporate/retail account is preferred.

• TREASURY OFFICER (TRO)
The incumbent will be responsible to manage funds availability & liquidity, as well as investment of excess funds. It includes developing and maintaining loan agreement and building relationship with other financial institution.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years of relevant experience, having a bachelor’s degree in finance or business, strong knowledge of  banking industry and finance such as market risk and foreign exchange instruments, strong communication, presentation, negotiation and project management skill.

• MARKET RISK OFFICER (MRO)
The incumbent will be responsible to design and implement market risk policies. It includes monitoring and controlling Portfolio Management and Analyzing financial market condition which impacts to the current portfolio.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical thinking, as well as presentation skill. Background in market risk, specifically in Treasury or financial Services area or holding Certified Financial Analyst is preferred.

• MARKETING COMMUNICATION & PROMOTIONS (MCP)
The incumbent will be responsible to design and implement marketing communication strategy, execute media plan and prepare marketing support materials (promotional items) in order to support marketing programs such as exhibitions, dealer events, and other related marketing campaign.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years of relevant experience, understand the principles of marketing communication & branding especially in corporate context, having a good sense of design, ability to operate design softwares, such as Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Freehand, also having good project management skill.
