MANAGERIAL LEVEL

• Credit analyst Commercial Manager (ADMF-CACM)
Responsible for analyzing customer veseability and survey result
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree, maximum 35 years old, willing to travel, minimum 2 years experience in Commercial credit or marketing from banking or financing company. Familiar using Microsoft office (excel, power point, word).

• Operation Risk & Compliance Manager (ADMF-AOCM)
Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university. 5 years experience in reviewing policy & SOP for financing company. 3 years experience in operation risk field. Having certificated in risk management would be an advantage.

• Branch Manager (ADMF-BM)
Responsible for leading over 100 people, developing business plan, end-to-end process execution, loan origination, collection, administration and collaborating with all other related functions to meet the assignment target.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines. Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level at the same field. Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking skill and strong leadership. Willing to located in all over Indonesia.

• Area Customer Relation Manager (ADMF-ACRM)
Responsible for coordinating Customer Relation Head and composing strategic plan to increase sales of ADIRA FINANCE.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 1 year experience as sales manager in consumer good. Retail, banking, financing and any other service companies. Strategic thinking, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, willing to be located in Jawa Timur and Jawa Barat.

• Marketing Manager (ADMF-MM)
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy. Coordinating and managing all marketing activities, including all marketing teams to achieve target.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, experience minimum 2 years in related field, having leadership, integrity and networking. Fluent in English both oral and written, Good analytical and negotiation skill.
 
• Recovery Asset Manager (ADMF-RAM)
Responsible for implementing company’s budget and target, monitoring work process according to current procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 2 years experience in financing company, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving and decision making.

• Regional Collection Manager (ADMF-RCM)
Responsible for delinquent performance of every branch in each region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 3 years experiences as A/R Manager in Banking or Financing Company, strong leadership and ability to detect and solve any problems that may occur.

ASSISTANT MANAGER / SUPERVISORY LEVEL

• Training Deputy Manager (ADMF-TDM)
Responsible for training activity end-to-end include the training administration. Maintaining E-learning and training database.
Qualifications:
Experience minimum 3 years in training are as a Supervisor / Senior Supervisor. Familiar with Training Need Analysis process, develop training module and evaluating training result. Having skill to conduct training and experience in handling e-learning. Computer literate, fluent in English and able to maintain training administration.

• Recovery Asset Head (ADMF-RAH)
Responsible for planning the whole activity such as Appraisal, Storing, Remarketing and Administration. Coordinating branches for hand over, auction and unit expand. Maintaining good relationship with customer and analyze new opportunity of market and strategy of marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, minimum 1 years experience in Automotive / Financing / Warehouse company. Deep knowledge of Marketing / Operation / Warehouse area. Good computer skill, having good analytical thinking and negotiation skill.

• Account Officer (ADMF-AO)
Responsible for selling product and analyzing costumer financial ability in credit process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree from any disciplines, minimum 2 years experience in the same field. Excellent interpersonal, networking, analyzing, negotiation skill and good leadership. Able to operate computer. Fluent in English both oral and written. Willing to be located in all over Indonesia.

• Accounting SPV (ADMF-ASP)
Responsible for making monthly activity plan, review and coordinate work result of his/her team. Responsible for identifying transactions and journal in his/her work scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00. Age not over than 30 years old. Minimum 2 years experience in accounting field or accounting public (KAP). Able to operate computer. Fast learner, able to work individually or as a part of a team. Having good analytical thinking.

• Payment Control SPV (ADMF-PCSP)
Responsible for payment process from branch and area. Controlling the payment time according to current SLA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management from reputable university with GPA minimum 2.75. Age minimum 25 years old. Able t o operate computer. Hardworker, detail oriented, good integrity. Having experience in leasing or financing company would be an advantage.

• General Affair SPV (ADMF-GASP)
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing cost and budget, including for making annual budget, tax and permit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any major. Male, maximum 30 years old with GPA minimum 2.75. Computer literate, able to drive a car, having knowledge about PABX, vehicle maintenance and electricity.

STAFF LEVEL

• Budget Staff (ADMF-BS)
Responsible for making annual budget and budget vs branch monthly actual report, controlling over opex budget.
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 25 years old. Bachelor degree of Accounting from reputable university, minimum 1 years working experience (from financial company would be an advantage).

• Accounting Staff (ADMF-AS)
Responsible for identifying transactions and creating non-cash journal.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting. Minimum 1 year in accounting field or accounting public (KAP). Good analytical thinking, self motivation and integrity.

• General Affair Staff (ADMF-GA)
Responsible to handling OPEX, asset maintenance, document administration. Responsible for distribution of office supply and stationery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in any major. Male, maximum 30 years old with GPA minimum 2.75. Computer literate, able to drive a car, having knowledge about PABX, vehicle maintenance and electricity.

• Senior Programmer (ADMF-SP)
Responsible for creating new application program or changing current program according to user needs.
Qualifications:
Max 30 years old, bachelor degree in computer science with GPA min 2.8. Min 2 years experience in IT field mastering VB.NET, visual studio, MS SQL server 2005. Crystal report, Oracle. Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate. Fluent in English both oral and written.
 
• Programmer (ADMF-PR)
Work as a team with Senior Programmer, responsible for creating new application program or changing current program according to user needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science with GPA min 3.00. Having knowledge in improving IT product and services such as: Analysis & Design System, Programming System, Technical Documentation and Development life circle system. Deep knowledge in using development system tools, such as : oracle database, oracle form, Microsoft VB.Net, SQL Server and Crystal report. Advance in using Microsoft office : Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project and Access. Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate. Fluent in English both oral and written.
