SALES MANAGER

 The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. The Candidates must have extensive sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of sales, good people management, and experience in managing a business unit. Experience in medical devices and/ or pharmaceutical business will be preferred.
Travel is required and may account for 30%-40% of the candidate’s time outstation. The candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently, as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.
All candidates applying for the above position must have ;
• A Bachelor degree (MBA would be an advantage) from a recognized university.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Apprenticeship Program

This is a 12 (twelve) months program designed for bright fresh graduate students who are ready to take the future challenges ;
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree from a recognized university with min GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Has pleasant personality energetic, self motivated

Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be given a Certificate of Apprenticeship Accomplishment from Johnson & Johnson Medical Indonesia.
