1. SALES DIVISION MANAGER
Responsible for merchandising plan, brand mix, merchandise floorplans and sales division stores.
Qualifications:
o A minimum 5-10 years retail management experience preferably in a full-line department store.
o Minimum 2 years experience and knowledge of the cosmetic, bags. Accessories and International Boutique.

2. STORE OPERATION DIVISION MANAGER
Senior level executive responsible for all aspects of running a profitable store location. Responsible for setting the tone and leading the store culture / environment to ensure success in all aspects of customer service, profitability, operations, people development, merchandise presentation and merchandise assortment.
Qualifications:
o A minimum of 5-10 years retail management experience preferably in a full-line department store
o Strong leadership profile.
o Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
o Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams.

3. PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING MANAGER
Report to Sales Promotion Division Manager to develop and oversees plan for building Parisian’s brand growth and profitability. Develop plan for increasing store traffic and driving sales.
Qualifications:
o College degree in marketing/advertising or other related field required.
o Minimum 3 years experience in retail marketing and/or advertising experience, preferably in retail merchandise category, and have experience working with advertising agencies.
o Hands-on experience with media-based advertising (broadcast experience required) collateral/ brochure/FSI/catalog printing and production, direct mail development and implementation, in-store signage and visibility, plus localized in-market promotions.

4. MERCHANDISING MANAGER
To work closely with designers and develop commercial collections for ladies and men’s apparel of high end retailer, conduct trend and able to translate market / customer survey into commercial merchandise.
Qualifications:
o Over 5-10 years manufacture merchandiser with branded ladies & men.
o Experience in managing production process.
o Ability to translate sketches/design into production process and merchandise.
o Able to negociate with manufacture and able to assess feasibility of production facility.

5. DESIGNER
Develop and create seasonal designs/design strategies for Parisian’ owned brands by classification and brand. The strategies must be consistent with company-wide and divisional strategies and must be fully executable by merchants and the sourcing organization.
Qualifications:
o 3 to 5 years experience as designer for menswear, ladies wear for branded level.
o Ability to execute business initiatives and develop strong vendor relationships.
o Bachelor degree or equivalent.
o Strong analytical skills.
