GENERAL MANAGER :
Minimum 10 years experience in senior management role. F&B or marketing knowledge is preferred. Proven leadership skills. Able to motivate, train organize, lead and manage a team of personnel. Fluent in English.
Your main responsibility are :
• To lead the team in the implementation of F&B strategies and processes to maximize store sales and profits in line with company’s policies and culture.
• To develop business plans to drive sales and review monthly P&L statements to budget and minimize controllable store expenses
• To upkeep the quality and effectiveness of the customer service
• To possess effective time management and prioritization skills, and
• To steer and manage a large and diverse team confidently

OPERATIONS / MARCOM
1. Min 2 years’ of experience with established 5-star hotels or reputable restaurant/bar in similar position
2. Excellent knowledge of operations
3. Excellent knowledge of marketing & communications ( Marcom )
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant personality, fluent in English
5. Proven leadership skills, must be able to motivate, train, organize and lead
