We are an established oil palm plantation company listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange seeking for qualified General Manager Finance & Accounting and Accounting Manager. The position will be based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan or Jakarta (but will travel regularly to the site in Kalimantan Tengah).

Qualification:
1. 30 – 40 years old
2. Minimum degree of S1 with major of accountancy
3. 5 years experiences in handling finance, accounting and tax related issues.
4. Preferable to have experience in palm oil business.
5. Good English writing for General Manager Finance & Accounting

Requirements General Manager Finance & Accounting;
1. Manage overall finance, Accounting and Tax related activities
2. Prepare consolidated financial statements and management report for the region.
3. Prepare the guidelines for finance and accounting and its reporting systems.
4. Review daily finance transactions, monthly operations report, regulatory reports,  budget and cash flow forecast the region
5. Act as a coordinator for yearly budget preparation, compile and summarize yearly budget for the region.
6. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and financial institutions.

Requirements Accounting Manager:
1. Manage accounting and Tax reporting activities.
2. Prepare financial statements, management report, annual tax return for a subsidiary.
3. Review daily finance transactions, regulatory reports, budget and cash flow forecast for a subsidiary.
4. Coordinate accounting recording and reporting activities with estate and mill
5. Compile and summarize yearly budget for a subsidiary
6. Liaise with external auditors.
