Required Immediately :
1. Manager Environment (Code: MGENEX)
Accountabilities
• Developing the capabilities of the environmental section.
• Assisting in identifying environmental risk and the development and implementation of management plans to mitigate this risk.
• Developing and implementing inspection and audit programs that measure the site’s compliance with applicable environmental standards.
• Implementing agreed annual and 4-years strategic plans with the goal of compliance with 14001 and implementation of best-practice environmental management.
Technical Specialization
• Good working knowledge of Indonesian environmental legislation and ISO 14001.
• Experience of environmental audits and inspections.
• Good English and Indonesian communication skills (written & spoken)
• Technical knowledge of relevant areas including environmental monitoring, runoff control, ecology, rehabilitation and hydrocarbon and waste management.
Education & Experience
• A degree in forestry, environmental science, environmental engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years experience of environmental management in the mining or processing industry.
2. Safety Officer (Code: SFOSMP)
Accountabilities
• Coordinate action plan to follow up on Corporate Safety Audit or Layered Safety Audit from peers, regular inspections, Mine inspector’s recommendations and accident investigation.
• Develop line managers capability in performing loss prevention management, following the standards of government and company regulations.
• Lead safety programs, such as; hearing protection areas with signs posted about measured noise levels, safety campaigns, safety newsletter, focus on safety in each work area, environmental aspects that conform to department’s objectives and immediate requirements.
Technical Specialization
• Knowledgeable in Emergency Preparedness Plan
• Understand statistics analysis and Computer literacy
• Has Mine Certificate Level 1 (minimum)
Educational & Experience
• Minimum Senior High School & 2 years experience at Supervisory level preferably in EHS fields.
3. SNR. Supervisor Construction (Code: SSCSMP)
Accountabilities
• Coordinate all project construction activities with INCO Operations & assist the Project Manager in establishing the reports and procedures required to monitor construction progress and cost.
• Approve and monitor, with assistance of the Health and Safety Coordinator, the contractor’s safety program and quality assurance program
• Coordinate the technical field inspection of materials and workmanship and filed engineering activities.
• Oversee the managing of the field construction team of coordinators to ensure the day-to-day control and coordination of site activities of contractors and suppliers.
Education & Experience
• University Degree in Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and management
4. Project Engineer (Code: PESMP)
Accountabilities
• Coordinate all project construction activities with INCO Operations & assist the Project Manager in establishing the reports and procedures required to monitor construction progress and cost.
• Plan and coordinate all required shutdown for tie-ins, modifications and rebuilds.
• Manage contractor commissioning activities, pre-startup inspection and turnover to project commissioning team
• Expedite services, material, equipment and vendor drawings to ensure the project schedule is maintained and work with full time expeditor, when one is assigned
Education & Experience
• University Degree in Engineering Discipline, preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and management
5. QA/QC Civil, Electrical & Mechanical (Code: QCEMSMP)
Accountabilities
• The individual must have a combination of solid in-depth knowledge of QA, QA’s goals, working with QA and non-QA groups, and extensive background in Engineering, Design and Construction
• Carry-out inspections and tests independently and all components and materials, bought in or otherwise, conformed to the specifications
• Capable of establishing consistent data recording and assessment and documentation process
Technical Specialization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and AutoCAD
Education & Experience
• University degree preferably Engineering Graduate
• Minimum experience of 7 – 10 years in related work background
