As a telecommunication service provider with business ranging from design and planning to project management and managed services for a world class Telecommunication and IT based solution, PT. Tunas Graha Servindo is currently looking for potential candidates who have desires to contribute their skills and experiences in the following challenging positions:
1. Zone Manager (ZM)
Responsible for the turn key implementation of GSM network infrastructure in a region from site survey, site acquisition, construction, commissioning, customer acceptance and closing. Responsible for quality, health and safety (QHSE) in the region, and Responsible to complete the project within an agreed time frame and within the planned budget. Subcontractor management, risk and claim management. Coordinate all regional issues with subcontractors and customer, escalates issue to upper management if needed. Manage 20-30 staff within a region.
At least have 5 years experience in project management (preferable in the field of GSM).

2. Cost And Progress Manager (CPM)
Project cost and budget control on regional level, planned versus actual cost and tracking of cost to complete. Claim, risk and change management, issue claims and follow up settlements, verify requested additional works and collect quotations and get customer approval of change requests. Document control, ensures that all documents required for invoicing are collected. In charge of office running cost including forecasting, assets & expense settlements.
Min S1 degree in accounting and finance with 2 years experience.

3. CME Coordinator (CCO)
Responsible to manage the supervision of the entire implementation process of the construction, mechanical & electrical installation (CME) as part of the GSM turnkey project including leading and managing the CME staff un the region. Ensuring timely completion of all CME work and site hand over to the radio network implementation group. The CME coordinator ensures that the quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) standards are met during the whole CME implementation process. Ensures that the CME sites are completed and the work is accepted by the customer. The update of the project database with actual site information is part of the CME coordinators responsibility. The CME coordinator is reporting to the zone manager.
Civil engineering background with minimum 3 years experience in similar position.

4. SITAC Coordinator (SCO)
Responsible to handle the entire implementation process of the site investigation survey and the site acquisition (SIS/SITAC) as part of the GSM turnkey project including leading and managing the entire SITAC staff in the respective region. Ensuring the timely completion of the SITAC processes and the hand over of sites ready for construction (RFC) to the CME implementation group. He coordinates with the legal advisor to ensure the legality and validity of certificates and documents. Ensures that the SITAC site folders are completed and the work is accepted by the customer. The update of the project database with actual site information is part of the CME coordinator responsibility. The SITAC coordinator is reporting to the zone manager.
University graduate of any background with minimum 5 years experience in SITAC management.

5. TI Coordinator (ITCO)
Responsible to manage the supervision of Telecommunication equipment implementation (TI) as part of the GSM turnkey project including leading and managing the TI staff in the region. Ensuring the timely completion of all TI works and the site hand over to the customer or to the managed service group. Ensuring that the quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) standards are met during the whole TI implementation process. The update of the project database with actual site information is part of the TI coordinators responsibility. The TI coordinator is reporting to the zone manager.
University graduate in Telecommunication, computer or other discipline with minimum 3 years experience.
